Packages
iCMS consists of a number of packages that are inter-related. See the picture below for a graphical representation.
The Java packages are part of your JVM the Westhawk is repacked in the luky libraries together with a lot of other handy tools, like substance.
iCMS (The Ra package) is available as open source under the GPL licence. This is from source base 1.5 The source base below that is regarded private property.
For the libaries in use the appropriate licences apply, but in general it is free to be used. (on your own risk)
